DB Machinery is committed to providing equipment, parts and services that meet the expected quality standards.
Each request related to a refund, exchange or adjustment is analyzed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the product, the transaction and the agreement concluded with the customer.
Equipment
Equipment sold by Machinerie DB may, in certain situations, be subject to adjustment, repair, replacement or an equivalent solution when deemed applicable.
The terms and conditions vary depending on several factors, including:
The type of equipment
Its condition at the time of sale
The applicable warranty
The conditions agreed upon with the buyer
Spare parts
Any request concerning a part must be reported within a reasonable time after receipt.
Based on the assessment, Machinerie DB will be able to offer:
An exchange
A replacement
A repair
Or another suitable solution
The part must be returned in its original condition when required.
Mechanical services
The work and services performed are subject to a satisfaction follow-up.
If a service-related situation arises, our team will conduct an assessment and determine the necessary corrective actions, where justified.
Deposits and down payments
Deposits paid as part of a reservation, order or purchase commitment are generally applicable to the agreed transaction.
Any request for cancellation or adjustment is processed according to the conditions established in the agreement.

Or by verbal (oral) agreement recognized between the parties
DB Machinery reserves the right to evaluate each situation according to these agreements.
Guarantee
Certain equipment and parts are covered by a minimum warranty of one (1) year, or more depending on the agreement.
When a situation is covered by the guarantee, the planned corrective measures will be applied in accordance with the established terms and conditions.
